Parte 1
El arabesque es una de las poses básicas de la danza clásica.
Las formas del arabesque son multiples. Los principales arabesque adoptados en la escuela rusa para sus ballets son los cuatros siguientes:
1º Arabesque (abierto, ouverte, alongée). 2º Arabesque. 3º Arabesque y el 4º Arabesque.
El estudio de los arabeques habitualmente se enseña después de haberse estudiado correctamente las poses épaulement croisée avant y derrière (fr. delante y detrás), seguido de las pose épaulement en effacée y ecartée avant y derrière. Les recordamos que el épaulement es el primer rasgo que se incluye en los ejercicios del niño principiante y que incluye el fundamento de su futuro aspecto artístico.De estos la danza clásica toma la riqueza de sus formas.
La lección número 8 presenta en dos partes los 4 Arabesques del sistema Vaganova que te ayudarán a conocer sus características. Se explican los primeros pasos para desarrollar una correcta ejecución del mismo para un alumno principiante. Primeramente los arabesques se estudian cada uno por separado con una pose dégage derrière en el suelo, sin levantar la pierna. Más adelante con la pierna a 90º.
Parte 1
En esta lección estudiaremos el 1º Arabesque y el 2º Arabesque. Demostrado por una alumna de 9 años que ejecuta por primera vez dicho movimiento, y en donde podremos apreciar la dificultad de su ejecucion para un niño principiante.
La base de todo arabesque es la correcta colocación de las manos, el cuerpo y la cabeza. Se debe prestar especial atención en que la posición de la cintura y las caderas de la pierna de trabajo deben estar bien estirados. Muy a menudo, se observan más errores en la forma del 1º y 4º arabesque, por eso se deben estudiar con más cuidado.
Respetar la forma correcta en las poses es importante no sólo para las poses en sí, sino también para la futura ejecución exitosa de los tours y saltos en grandes poses.
Las posiciones indicadas de brazos, cuerpo y cabeza en poses son básicas. Durante el estudio inicial, estas posiciones deben cumplirse estríctamente. Más adelante serán posibles combinaciones con posición de las manos y la cabeza con la constante inherente a esta postura, la posición del cuerpo, que es decisiva, ya que la posición de las manos y la cabeza depende de ello. Espero que mis lecciones les sirvan de motivación e interés en aprender este genial método de danza clásica!!!

En esta lección estudiaremos la forma básica – el temps lié par terre con diferentes secuencias de movimientos de brazos con inclinaciones del torso “Port de bras” (cambré derrière y cambré de côté – à la seconde) El ejercicio será expuesto con mínimos detalles.
Esta lección ayudará a todos los principiantes a coordinar mejor sus movimientos, preparar su cuerpo para los próximos ejercicios, dar un impulso de energía y positividad. Es muy importante y útil haber pasado la lección anterior (número 6) antes de pasar a esta, repitiendo varias veces el ejercicio. Esto le ayudará a aprender mejor este importante movimiento y le preparará para la siguiente etapa del grupo de los temps lié.

El temps lié es una combinación de una serie de movimientos continuos interconectados con dificultades progresivas ejecutados en el centro de la sala. En los estudios del ballet, el temps lié como forma independiente es de gran importancia en el desarrollo de la coordinación de movimientos de los brazos, piernas, cabeza y cuerpo. En este ejercicio, que consta de dos tiempos, se conectan dos poses simples, pose épaulement croisé y pose à la seconde .El temps lié se estudia desde la forma más simple hasta la más compleja: temps lié par terre,temps lié con port de bras , temps lié a 90º flat y en relève , temps lié con doble tour, temps lié a 90º con tour desde grand plié .

Mr. Andrey Klemm – Teacher at Opera National de Paris with Russian background.
Andrey Klemm trained at the Bolshoi Ballet School in Moscow, from which he graduated with an honorary diploma with first-class honors.
Since 1996, he has been Master Teacher at the Ballet Intensive summer courses, in the USA (New York, Chicago, Detroit, Florida).
Since 1997, he has been a member of the Berlin State Opera Ballet Company.
In 2000, he was awarded a ballet teaching diploma at Northern Illinois University, USA.
From 2001-2003, he was Pas de deux teacher at the State Ballet School, Berlin.
From 2001-2006, he studied, and was given a diploma in, ballet teaching at the New Humanitarium University.
From 2001-2007, he was teacher of ballet at the Berlin State Opera Company, and also at the State Ballet, Berlin.
Since 2007, he has been teacher of ballet at the Paris National Opera.

He has been guest ballet teacher at the following companies: Stuttgart Ballet, Ballet of Semperoper Dresden, Ballet of Deutschen Oper am Rhein, Dutch National Ballet, Amsterdam, Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow, Pina Bausch company, Wuppertal, Royal ballet London, Viena State ballet, Tokyo ballet, and many others.

Hannah O’Neill is a New Zealand ballet dancer who is currently a premier danseur with the Paris Opera Ballet.
Hannah O’Neill was the winner of the Prix de Lausanne in 2009 and of the Youth America Grand Prix in 2010. In 2014, she won the silver medal at Varna International Ballet Competition, the oldest and one of the most prestigious ballet competitions in the world. In 2016, she received the Best Female Dancer award at the Benois de la Danse competition for her performance in the title role of the ballet Paquita. She is the first New Zealand and second Japanese-born recipient of the award, after Mariko Kida.
