This class I decided to spend in a slightly different environment, namely, outside and closer to the nature. It is interesting to observe how our environment affects us. How quickly we get used to the comfort that seems so natural to us (the dance studio), and how perceptions change when we find ourselves in a different space. And this relationship is today even more relevant than ever, especially when it comes to modern dance. So, today we are in the beautiful Ulriksdal Palace Park (Sweden), enjoying the lovely spring sun. Let’s find energy and inspiration from Mother Nature. P.S. But I admit that physically doing a class on the grass is even more demanding than in the studio, though amazing! So let’s use our body weight (which is one more theme of today\u00b4s class) to explore the movements in a new environment.
