					<description><![CDATA[<p>Esercizio alla sbarra di tendi' per lavorare l'allungamento e l'opposizioni in 3 direzioni, verso l'alto il basso e nella direzione del tendiu.<br />
Questo esercizio e' efficace per ottenere un tendiu' di massima estensione, il lavoro della schiena unito al port de bras libera la gamba di terra dal peso e proietta il corpo in espansione ottenendo una stabilita' grazie all'opposizioni che si vengono a creare.<br />
Il tendiu non lavora in maniera statica ma cerca sempre la massima estensione per lavorare i muscoli profondi degli adduttori.<br />
