Flexibility and stretching is an important part for all dancers.
We gonna start with a short warm-up and then go straight into some good stretching exercises. Grab a yoga mat or a fleece plaid and find a place in your living room or balcony etc (just don’t forget bringing your laptop with you) and join me! PS. Sorry that my voice sometimes disappears in the music..! But I am doing all the exercises with you so you can follow me all the time. Available for all levels.
