Educator information may include without limitation educational background, work experience, full name, date of birth, location, additional contact information. You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, headline, website link, social media profiles, or other data. Your profile information will be publicly viewable by others.

1.3 We may process data about your use of our website and services (“usage data”).
The source of the usage data is our analytics tracking system. This usage data may be processed for the purposes of analysing the use of the website and services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent.

(a) educator content is considered as part of our services and includes without limitation videos, photos, audios, course title and description.
(b) students may interact with other users or share content publicly, including by posting reviews on a course page, asking or answering questions, sending messages to students or educators, or posting photos or other work you upload. Such shared content may be publicly viewable by others depending on where it is posted.

1.5 We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services (“enquiry data”).
The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you. The legal basis for this processing is consent.

1.6 We may process information relating to transactions (“transaction data”).
The transaction data we may process includes purchases of goods and/or services, that you enter into with us and/or through our website.
Transactions involving your billing and payment information are processed by PayPal and Stripe and are subject to their privacy policies. We do not store any of the credit card or banking information that you provide to these payment processors.

Your shared content and profile data may be publicly viewable, including to other students and educators. If you ask a question to an educator or teaching assistant, your information (including your name) may also be publicly viewable by other users.

2.3 To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions your personal data may be shared with third-party providers of hosting, email communication and customer support services, analytics, marketing, advertising.
Following our instructions, these parties may access, process or store personal data in the course of performing their duties for us.
