Hello! I am a Ballet Master and pedagogue, I work with professional dancers and students.
This class is an Intermediate / Advanced class, but it is good for professionals who want to clean
their work or who come back to ballet after an injury or a break.
With this workout you will be on your legs, you will improve your balance and coordination and you
will clean your positions and placement.
The class is 45 minutes long and includes two little jumps exercices at the end.
